HI, my name is Karey Gogolin, my husband and I run Darkhorse Scenarios. We have put on one small game out at Tactical Paintball called The Guns of Texas, you might have heard more about my husband than me “Darkman”.

On April 10th & 11th in Houston, Texas at TXR Paintball (The old USA Field, use to be #1 Paintball) Viper Paintball Scenarios will be putting on a Nationwide Scenario event “Viper’s Weird World of OZ”, this is his annual Texas Revolution Game that he is moving into Houston. I will be a general at that game as the Wicked Witch of the West and I am recruiting people to come join my Evil Flying Monkey crew. And I am inviting your team to come join my crew! PLEASE???

I can't make a definite confirm right know, but this does sound like it would be fun. Plus it would give the team a chance to get our name beyond the tactical field. I'm going to mark these dates on my calender.

Game Time: Noon Saturday til 2pm Sunday
Early Bird Registration: $45 per player by 3-10-2010
Regular Pre Registration: $50 per player by 3-24-2010
Walk on on admission: $60 after the deadlines
Event Paint Only: DXS at $65 per 2000 round case
Unlimited Air Fills: $15
Side A: Dorothy (Mia Cary of Team Reboot)
Side B: Wicked Witch of the West (Karey Gogolin of Darkhorse Productions)

All events are event paint only as the majority of the prize package (in the thousands of dollars) is provided by Procaps in appreciation for our use of their paint.

While everyone will have a shot at winning some of the many great door prizes from our sponsors, only pre registered players are eligible to win one of the many free paintball guns to be given away...so be sure and get your pre registration in NOW!

Register by the "Early Bird" deadline and you will have a shot at winning a new TPX pistol from our friends at Tippmann Sports! This will be a special drawing open only to those who made the Early Bird deadline!

They're charging for air!

I didn't even notice that. Wow just to play before the 10th is like $45 reg + $15 air + $65 paint that's $125.

I think The Hurt Locker April 24th, 2010 is looing better for $75 for everything.

i have to agree with blitz. although i am not sure that i will be able to make either one of these showdowns..... bummer.  i will try to figure it out once it gets closer

Ok Guys and Gals,
 First. The price it may be a little more than some games but lets go over the list of things you will get from this.
     

• A+ Viper game with lots and lots of twists and turns, there is always something to do.
• You get a game patch.
• Lots of Tactical Home Teams will be going and playing for the Wicked Witch
• How about four hundred people at the field, talk about getting some game on
• The General (Wicked Witch) and Viper have both invited us
• This is one of those game that a team gets a lot of notice at and sponsors like that
• the list goes on but you get the idea

 Second. You may ask. Why do they charge for each thing separately? Most of the times it is different peoples services you are paying for. Field, Paint, and Air. So each one has a group of people running that spot that makes sure everything goes smoothly. So yes it costs a little more but more people to wait on you also.

Third. This is a two day game. even if you have to work Saturday morning you still have a full one day of play left and maybe a little more.

Fourth. I would like to go but I get lonely 

and last we can all dress up like fling monkeys,, come on I know that is the real reason everyone should go
